Who am I and how do I know this?!
Well, I AM a successful dieter!
In the summer of 2013 I'd had enough.
I had spent the last decade treating my body like an enemy. I was the heaviest I'd ever been, hungover most of the time, always falling sick, and battling constant anxiety. I wanted to change, but I didn't know-how.
I wish I could tell you I found the solution and changed my life overnight, but I'd be lying. Instead, I chose to challenge myself and sign up for a local bodybuilding show. I spent years following an extremely restrictive meal plan, which helped me lose a TON of weight, but I felt terrible.
Fortunately, I followed the evidence...
I furthered my education, becoming a Certified Precision Nutrition Coach & Health Mindset Coach. I worked with other coaches whom I wanted to learn from, and from there began to understand that achieving sustainable fat loss was SO much more than just "eating less", and that you didn't have to cut out the foods you loved to lose fat or be healthy.
From there I mended my relationship with food, lost 70lbs post-partum, launched Carrie Lee Fitness Coaching and most importantly, found my passion in helping women achieve their fitness goals without ever having to go the extremes I once did.
Now I'm on a mission to help women change their approach to dieting so they never have to resort to diet extremes again.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How much time do I need to commit to this?
Every weekly lesson has been prepared and recorded with your busy lifestyle in mind and will never take longer than 25 minutes to watch. There will be a weekly 60 minute zoom call you're encouraged to attend, but if you aren't able to make it you will have access to the recordings to watch on your own time (with the option to submit any questions you want answered ahead of time).
Will you be calculating my calories for me?
I will not personally be giving you calorie targets. What you will receive is a bonus short video tutorial upon signing up that will walk you through how to calculate your calorie & protein targets in the best way.
If you already have calorie targets and just want to brush up on your tracking skills to amplify your results, you do not have to create new targets.
Will I lose weight in this program?
Because I am not working 1:1 with you, I cannot guarantee weight loss. HOWEVER, I can confidently say that if you show up consistently, ask questions, put forth effort, and implement what you've learned to accurately and consistently track your intake, you WILL lose weight.
Is this a group program?
Shed & Shine 2.0 is a 6-week curriculum based program that you will complete on your own. There will be a group Slack Space where you'll receive your weekly work, call recordings, share wins, and chat to other S&S 2.0 students. You will learn alongside others, but will not be required to share personal details such as progress photos, weight, measurements etc.
Do I get 1:1 coaching access?
This is not the same as my 1:1 coaching program. During each live call there will be an opportunity to ask questions and get some extra coaching, as well as an #askcarrie channel on slack to submit questions before our calls, but you will not have direct access to me during the program.
Will you run Shed & Shine 2.0 again?
Yes. I will likely be launching again in the fall.
However, this will be the ONLY TIME you'll have access to the program for this hugely discounted price of $197, so if you want to take advantage of these savings, I highly recommend you sign up this time around.
