 Fit with Carrie Lee is a monthly group strength training

program designed with the same style of workouts

I did to get stronger and back in shape after

gaining 70lbs during my pregnancy. 



A new strength training program delivered to you

every month to keep you progressing. This consists of 3 main workouts & an optional extra day.

Option for gym or home workouts.


Exercise video tutorials so you know how to perform your workouts effectively.

Access to my smartphone app where you can track your progress.

BONUS: Private FB Group where I will answer your questions, check your exercise form, and offer support and accountability.


What equipment do I need for the gym workouts?

If you are going to doing the gym workouts, I recommend a fully equipped gym with access to barbells, dumbells, cable machines, bands, glute bands, benches & pull-up bars.

What equipment do I need for the home workouts?

I recommend a couple of sets of dumbbells, one lighter and one heavier, exercise bands, glute band, and bench/step. If you do not have these items you can always use a makeshift weight such as a backpack full of books or a laundry detergent jug!

Who is this program for?


Anyone who is free of injuries and wants to get stronger, fitter & more defined!

Are you my coach now?

No. There will be support offered in the private FB group, but there will not be email check-ins or direct access to me. If you require more support or a customized training program, I recommend my

1-on-1 coaching program.

Is there a nutrition portion for this program?


No, this is a fitness only program.  If you would like help with your nutrition you can apply for 1-on-1 coaching. For help with fat loss, you can download my free guide here.

When will I receive my new program?

You will receive your new program on the first Monday of every month.

What if I need a substitution for an exercise?


You can reach out on the private FB page for support and I'll be happy to give you a substitution.

I started halfway through the program, should I finish before moving on to the next month?


I encourage you to keep up with the group and the current program. The old programs will remain in the app and can be done at a later date so long as you are still subscribed to the program. 

What if I want to pause my membership?


You cannot pause your membership, but you can cancel and restart at any time. You will be removed from the Facebook group when your membership expires and can be added back in when you renew.

What if I want to cancel my subscription?


You can cancel at any time by logging into your Paypal account, going to settings, payments, manage pre-approved payments, and click cancel automatic billing. You can email me if you need assistance, but ultimately cancellation is done on your end.

Can I get a refund?

There are no refunds offered on digital products.
